Often Overlooked and Important tip to the Secret of Losing weight

Do you know that most of us are dehydrated and the right kind of water,how much of it, and how to consume it is so important to flushing out our stored undigested proteins,sugars and salts that all require added fat tissue on the body to safely store these obstructions away from your vital organs.

Here is the formula: Drink half your body weight in ounces of distilled water not spring water and never tap water daily and divide it into about 8-10 ounces per hour starting around 3 am with a glass next to your bedside and being faithful to this especially all morning as your body is in an elimination cycle.
