In a previous blog, I stressed the use of distilled water only. I am sure there are many of you who are not convinced. Let me explain: the water that we drink needs to do the following: Rehydrate, enhance circulation, remove stored toxins [sugars, salts, undigested protein] Only Distilled Water Can Do This!
How many of you ask, isn’t distilled water dead water without minerals? You are correct there are no inorganic minerals which the body cannot assimilate. We can only use organic minerals found in plant food, not water. What do you find inside your kettle when you boil well water, or tap water or spring water? That’s right, a white residue. This are the inorganic minerals. Would you want that residue inside your circulatory system? Food for thought, or rather water for thought.
